2.4 Accordingly to GB/T1979, spot segregation<=2.5, pull="" 2="" 0="" span="">
3 Microstructure
3.1 take a sample from the neck part of the roll(casing head of the ingot), it should be in the 1/3 radius from surface.
3.2 Non-metallic inclusion according to GB/T10561(method A), A<=1.5, b="" 1="" 5="" c="" 1="" 5="" d="" 1="" 5="" ds="" 1="" 0="" a="" b="" c="" d="" 5="" 0="" span="">
3.3 Carbide banding<=2.0, carbide="" liquation="" 2="" 0="" according="" to="" gb="" t18254="" span="">
3.4 Carbide reticulation<=2.5 according="" to="" gb="" t1299="" class2="" span="">
3.5 Pearlite spheroidized structure meet class 1-4 according to class 1.
